2026 Camp Witzel - Summer Day Camp is an 7-week program for kids 6 to 13 years old

STEP ONE: Click on Registration fee which will pre-register your camper.
STEP TWO: Download the Camper Registration and Theme Weeks found below under forms.
STEP THREE: You can scan in the paperwork email them to recreation@bedfordnh.org or mail them to the Recreation Department Office, 24 N. Amherst Rd, Bedford, NH 03110.
The camp is designed with your child in mind. This is a structured summer day camp which features arts & crafts, sports, swimming and (Wednesday) field trips.
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS:
1) Complete registration/medical form and check off week’s and days your child will be attending Camp (download form below)
2) Add Registration Fee $35 per person (Non-Refundable)
3) We do offer Before/After Camp Care additional fee ~ Add $10/day Before Camp Care hrs (7:30-9 AM) or $10/day After Camp Care hrs (4-5:30 PM) or request BOTH Before & After Camp Care MAX $50/week per child
5) AT TIME OF REGISTRATION, Registration Fee
REGISTER: For any (weekday combo*) 5-day, 4-day, 3-day or a 2-day program.
NOTE: *Wednesday is "Field Trip Day (M-T-Th-F) we offer shuttle bus to Town Pool weather permitting (No additional charge).
4th of JULY CAMP WEEK: 4-day only (M-T-W-Th) includes the Wednesday Field Trip (June 29-30 & July 1-2) no Friday 7/3
CAMP WEEK DISCOUNT: *Multiple Child discount when siblings are registering for same weeks (for third & fourth child) - $25 off per week only for same week registrations

Bedford Residents: $350 (5-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $300 (4-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $250 (3-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $200 (2-day week includes Wed Field Trip week)
Non-Residents: $370 (5-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $330 (4-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $270 (3-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $220 (2-day week includes Wed Field Trip week)
* Holiday Week-June 29 to July 2, 2026 ~ (M-T-W-TH) includes Wednesday Field Trip ~ $300 Bedford Residents/$350 Non-Residents
REMINDER: Before Camp Care $10 per camper and After Camp Care $10 per camper, per day. $50.00 MAX per week for either BCC/ACC or BOTH.
BALANCE FOR CAMP DUE June 8, 2026 - Registration continues till camper spots are full
CAMP REFUND POLICY: Requests made one full week (7-days) prior to the start date of any camp session; a full refund will be issued minus the $35 non-refundable registration fee.
Refunds are processed with the Finance Department and may take 2-3 weeks to process.
ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION: Click on Registration Fee ONLY on the website.
Next download and fill out "Camp Witzel Registration/Medical Form" one child per form as we need one for each camper.
You can mail, fax, e-mail or drop off the completed and signed "Registration Form" along with $35 (non-refundable) registration fee and the recreation staff will process the total and send you and invoice which must be paid in full by (June 8, 2026).

- Week 4 - Color Craze & Color Wars - Messy, colorful art projects, color-themed challenges
- Week 5 - Mystery & Riddles - Detective work, escape rooms and problem solving
- Week 6 - Space Odyssey - Aliens, planets, astronauts and galaxy exploration
- Week 7 - Camp Olympics - Team challenges, themed games and friendly competition
