2025 Camp Witzel - Summer Day Camp is an 7-week program for kids 6 to 13 years old CAMP WITZEL REGISTRATION OPEN - LOCATION: McKelvie CafeSTEP ONE: Click on Registration fee which will pre-register your camper.STEP TWO: Download the Camper Registration and Theme Weeks found below under forms.STEP THREE: You can scan in the paperwork email them to recreation@bedfordnh.org or mail them to the Recreation Department Office, 24 N. Amherst Rd, Bedford, NH 03110.CAMP DATES: June 23 - August 8, 2025 The camp is designed with your child in mind. This is a structured summer day camp which features arts & crafts, sports, swimming and (Wednesday) field trips.Camper Ratio 1:8 Camp Hours: 9-4 PM STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS: 1) Complete registration/medical form and check off week’s and days your child will be attending Camp (download form below) 2) Add Registration Fee $35 per person (Non-Refundable) 3) CAMP HOURS 9-4 PM 4) We do offer Before/After Camp Care additional fee ~ Add $10/day Before Camp Care hrs (7:30-9 AM) or $10/day After Camp Care hrs (4-5:30 PM) or request BOTH Bedford & After Camp Care MAX $50/week per child 5) CAMP FEE DUE ~ AT TIME OF REGISTRATION, Registration Fee, Deposit for all weeks your child will be attending Camp. Please note: 5-day program - price includes the WEDNESDAY Field Trip to either (STATE PARK and/or THEME PARK) NO CREDIT OR REFUND FOR CAMP TRIPS NOT TAKEN. CAMP Balance due June 1st. REGISTER: For any (weekday combo*) we offer a 5 day, a 3 day or a 2 days program. NOTE: *Wednesday is "Field Trip Day Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday we offer local shuttle bus to Town Pool weather permitting (No additional charge). 4th of JULY CAMP WEEK: 4-day only (M-T-W-Th) includes the Wednesday Field TripCAMP WEEK DISCOUNT: *Multiple Child discount when siblings are registering for same weeks (for third & fourth child) - $25 off per week only for same week registrations CAMP WITZEL PRICING Bedford Residents: $300 (5-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $255 (4-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $215 (3-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $175 ((2-day week includes Wed Field Trip week) Non-Residents: $315 (5-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $270 (4-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $230 (3-day week includes Wed Field Trip) | $190 (2-day week includes Wed Field Trip week) * Holiday Week-June 30/July 3 ~ Special Rate (M-T-W-Th) includes Wednesday Field Trip ~ $250 Bedford Residents/$265 Non-Residents REMINDER: Before Camp Care $10 per camper and After Camp Care $10 per camper, per day. $50.00 MAX per week for either BCC/ACC or BOTH.BALANCE FOR CAMP DUE June 3, 2025Registrations after June 3, 2025 ~~ MUST BE PAID IN FULL AT TIME OF REGISTRATION ~ Registration continues till camper spots are full CAMP REFUND POLICY: Requests made one full week (7-days) prior to the start date of any camp session; a full refund will be issued minus the $35 non-refundable registration fee. Refunds are processed with the Finance Department and may take 2-3 weeks to process.ONLINE PRE-REGISTRATION: Click on Registration Fee ONLY on the website. Next download and fill out "Camp Witzel Registration/Medical Form" one child per form as we need one for each camper. You can mail, fax, e-mail or drop off the completed and signed "Registration Form" along with $35 (non-refundable) registration fee and the recreation staff will figure out the rest and send you and invoice which must be paid in full by (June 3, 2025).Make payable to: Bedford Parks & Recreation DepartmentMail to: Town Offices, 24 N.
