The “Family Album” is a document designed to provide information during a time of grief and confusion, so your loved ones can live with the results of your planning and not the failure to plan”. 
 
The “Family Album” gathers information a family will need at the time of death or incapacitation, such as information about lock boxes, keys, post office boxes, pet care, bank accounts and vehicles.
