Karate
The Amherst Karate Studio “Martial Arts Based Character Development Course” combines martial arts lessons with discussion. Specifically, we will be focusing on five positive life skills, including focus, self-control, respect, confidence and balance. The program is open to all students; enrollment is limited. This program will be taught by certified black belt instructors from Amherst Karate Studio.

Amherst Karate Camp will be held at the Bedford Town Hall Monday-Wednesday
August 22-August 24, 2022 @ 9 AM-9:30 AM (3-day 30 minute classes)
 
Fee $20 checks made payable: Town of Bedford
The participation fee for this class goes directly to the Recreation Department.
 
A graduation ceremony will be held at Amherst Karate Studio at the end of the week 292 Rt. 101 Amherst, NH 03031
